Every part of your Locked In Art experience is handled with the same respect and care we give to the memorial itself. From the moment your ash kit arrives to the day your completed keepsake is delivered, our packaging is designed for both security and beauty.

Ash Kit Packaging

After placing your order, we will mail you a secure ash kit within two business days.
Each kit includes everything you need to safely send us a small amount of ashes to create your memorial jewelry or keepsake:

  • A durable container for the ashes

  • Clear step-by-step instructions

  • A prepaid return shipping label with tracking (for U.S. orders only)

For international customers, you will need to purchase the return shipping for the ash kit from your local courier. Please open your kit carefully, as you’ll be using the same box to return the ashes to us.

Memorial Jewelry Packaging

Every Locked In Art cremation memorial is presented in a high-quality wood jewelry box, chosen to both protect and beautifully display your keepsake.
These boxes provide a safe place to store your jewelry when not in use and make a meaningful presentation if you’re gifting a memorial to someone you love.

Our glass cremation marbles and stones are securely packaged and arrive inside a soft satin pouch for both protection and elegance.

Engraved Nameplate Option

You can personalize your memorial packaging with an engraved nameplate attached to the jewelry box or memory stone base.
Most customers choose to include the name of their loved one and their years of life, but you may also customize the engraving with a favorite quote, short message, or meaningful phrase.

This option will be presented during checkout, where you can specify your desired text.

*Substitutions

From time to time, packaging materials may vary due to availability. If substitutions are required, we will provide an equally high-quality box that may differ in color or finish (for example, a brown wood box with a white outer sleeve). Rest assured, every memorial is always presented with care and quality worthy of the piece it holds.
