Changes to Your Order

Please review your order details carefully before mailing back your ash kit. If you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once we’ve received your returned ash kit and sent your estimated completion date, no further changes can be made to your order.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Every Locked in Art memorial is a one-of-a-kind creation, custom made with care using your loved one’s ashes. Because of this, refunds cannot be offered under any circumstance. However, if we make an error with your order—such as an incorrect color or engraving—we will gladly correct it at no cost to you.

If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please reach out. We handle each situation individually and will do our best to find a thoughtful resolution.

Cancellations must be requested within two weeks of placing your order. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred up to that point, including the ash kit, packaging, shipping labels, and payment processing fees.

Shipping Terms

Our free shipping includes the ash kit to and from you, as well as the final shipment of your completed memorial. All items are shipped securely via USPS and insured through our private carrier for your peace of mind. Your loved one’s ashes are handled and packaged with the utmost care every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging every memorial to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Do not discard any packaging materials—they’re required to file an insurance claim.

All shipments are fully insured, and we’ll manage the claim process on your behalf. Once the claim is paid, we will recreate your memorial at no additional cost. Please inspect your memorial carefully upon arrival and report any shipping damage within three days of confirmed delivery.

Each Memorial is Unique

Just as every loved one and pet is beautifully unique, so are their ashes—and the memorials created from them. Ash color and composition vary naturally and will affect how each piece appears when fused into glass.

Your finished memorial may not look identical to the sample photos but will closely match in style, size, and overall design. We will never ship a piece that doesn’t meet our high standards or reflect the quality of the product represented.
